1. How will I know if Bible Barn received my order?
Once we receive your order by email, we will verify the products are in stock and send you an email. When we are ready to ship, you will receive another email with possibly a confirmation number from the USPS or UPS. We will try to contact you by phone should a problem arise.
2. How can I check the status of my order?
You may call Bible Barn during our regular store hours, Monday-Friday 10-5 CST.
3.What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and PayPal.
Churches and other non-profit organizations may set up a charge account. You will need to request a Tax form to fill out and submit your Tax Free Number. Smaller churches often don’t have this and that is not a problem.
Also please note, Bible Barn will NEVER ask for your credit card number by email. We will not ask for your Social Security Number either. Don’t be fooled by thieves. If in doubt, call us 1-866-971-9069 to place your order. Your information is secure with us. Please don't send us your credit card info by email.
4. Can I send a purchase to another address?
Certainly, Bible Barn will be happy to send your purchase where ever you desire. The packing slip will not include the price or shipping. It will be in your confirmation email.
5. Do you mail Books or Bible to Jails?
Yes. Most Bibles need to be Paperback. You will need to check with the facility to see what their requirements are. We will then mail the Bible ito the inmate. You will need to supply the address and inmate number so that we may address it properly. We do mail Bibles with Priority Mail for 6.95. This provides us with a confirmation number that proves your bible was delivered. Otherwise, media mail is often misplaced and the inmates don’t receive their Bibles.
8. Do you charge Sales Tax?
According to the Texas Tax Laws, Bibles are non-taxable. This includes, printed, and audio versions. Commentaries do not fall in this category. Unless you are a church or other non-profit organization, you will be charged tax (8.25) if you are a Texas resident. Out of State customers are not charged sales tax.
6. How will my order be shipped?
At the time you place your order, you can choose USPS or UPS.

7.Returns: We believe you will receive prompt, and dependable service. Our products are of the highest quality. However, if you are not fully satisfied, for example, orders arriving too late, not what you expected, can be returned within 30 days of shipment date. Please call for authorization of a return at 1-866-971-9069. Unless it is our mistake, you are responsible for the shipping to you and the return. All returns must be in resalable, original condition. When you mailing your order, please include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice, and the reason for the return. Credit will be applied to your next order. A refund may be requested. Please note the following ARE NOT RETURNABLE: Dated class curriculum, VBS curriculum, CDs, videos, DVDs or software. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Also, we can’t give a refund for a book or Bible we have imprinted to customer’ specifications.
8.Why do you carry books by THAT author? As a retailer of Christian materials that is servicing the needs of thousands of churches, ministers, Bible class teachers and Christian families, we may have books and other products that you deem inappropiate. This web site and the annual printed co-op catalog we have features materials from many bookstores and suppliers. Endorsements or the presence of a certain book or item on this web site,or the annual catalog or in our retail store should not be interpreted as s guareatee of the accuracy of the doctrine or information contained in it. Only the text of the Bible, God's Holy Word, can be recommended without reservation--all else is subject to human error. Still, our intent is to put together a good and useful selection of Bibles, books and supplies to aid you, our VALUED CUSTOMER.
